What to bring
- Comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for enjoying your time on board
- Sunscreen and a cap or hat
- In winter, we recommend bringing light warm clothing, such as a sweatshirt, a windbreaker, or something similar
Important
- It is important to know that we are in the Atlantic Ocean, and the ship can move when we stop to observe cetaceans, even when the sea is calm
- If you are prone to dizziness, we recommend taking sickness pills, always following the manufacturer's instructions (they must be taken in advance to work). It also helps: keep your eyes fixed, avoid reading or looking at the phone, drinking lots of water and avoiding high-fat foods
- Dolphin watching is not 100% guaranteed, as these are wild animals in their natural habitat and their behavior is unpredictable
- Participants under 18 years old must join the activity accompanied by an adult
- The activity may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions or a lack of a minimum number of participants. In these cases, another alternative date or a full refund will be offered
Cancellation
Cancel for free up to 24 hours before the activity starting time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, late arrivals, or no-shows will not be refunded.
